2026 Training Fees - Summer Only

Please follow the instructions of this form carefully.

Winter Season: December-March & November (Pool)
Summer Season: May-August (Water)

Please ensure that your DASA Membership is paid prior to paying for Training Fees. If you are unsure please contact the DASA Treasurer BEFORE paying for fees at treasurerdasa@gmail.com

PLEASE CONFIRM BEFORE PAYING YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
