2025 Training Fees - Summer Only

Please follow the instructions of this form carefully.

Winter Season: December-March & November
Summer Season: May-August

Please ensure that your DASA Membership is paid prior to paying for Training Fees. If you are unsure please contact the DASA Treasurer BEFORE paying for fees at treasurerdasa@gmail.com

If you are uncertain if you have paid your DASA Membership (2025 membership would have been paid around Dec 1, 2024), please email the DASA Treasurer to confirm at treasurerdasa@gmail.com. PLEASE CONFIRM BEFORE PAYING YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
